Further breifings will be supported for managers and staff in the job review process.
North Essex Mental Health Partnership
Delivery of appraisal combined with KSF criteria training. This course will enable appraisers to fully appreciate the Knowldge and Skills Framework in a practical way so that they can deliver effective reviews.

Working as the external Investors in People Assessor. Gwen Carter-Powell is supporting the group's companies by planning individual assessments in order to carry out the assessments over the next 18 month period.
