Fast Track to Success - INVESTORS IN PEOPLE

The Business / Management Development programme is being fully funded by the Learning and Skills Council London North. The programme is open to a manager from each organisation that would like to attain the Investors in People standard (and is free of charge to them). The programme is only available to organisations employing 49 staff or less and operating within the area of London North.

The programme aims to provide:

· The opportunity to stand back and reflect on the business of running or managing a a small firm

· Time to identify actions and implement practical solutions

· A framework to benchmark your business against

· Updates on effective business practices

· An opportunity to network with other like minded people

· The chance to identify further business development topics


The workshop dates and individual support offered are as follows:

Workshop 1 18th November 2004 Holiday Inn, Chingford (North Circular)
Core Themes: business planning cycle, measuring performance, management development

Individual support date to be arranged during December

Workshop 2 27th January 2005 Holiday Inn, Chingford (North Circular)
Core Themes: reviewing effectiveness, skills matrix, training, communication


Workshop timings are from 10am – 4pm. Lunch will be provided.
